How our live chat works
The live chat on this website is our only one-to-one help channel. Everyone who answers chats is independent and is not an employee or agent of any manufacturer. Chat help is free. We don’t offer phone support, and we never ask to access your computer remotely. If anyone contacts you by phone or email claiming to be from The Print Bench and asks for payment or remote access to your computer, it isn’t us.
